February 17, 2022Maine Maritime’s Claire Felix (Mahopac, N.Y.) has been named the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Women’s Basketball Senior Scholar Athlete of the Year, while Lauren Plissey (Hermon, Maine) was named the Women’s Basketball Defensive Player of the Year and to First Team All-Conference and Coach, Craig Dagan (21 years) was named the Women’s Basketball Coach of the Year. Makenzie Monzon (Orlando, Fla.) landed a spot on Second Team All-Conference, while Lauren Cook (Charlotte, Maine) earned a spot on the Honorable Mention Team and Sydney Briscoe (Englewood, N.J.) was named to the Sportsmanship Team.
